Managing Archived DBE Commitments

The Contract Archived DBE Commitment Overview component allows you to access the information in any previous prime contractor's DBE commitment records for the contract. DBE commitments are only archived if the prime contractor for the contract changes.

To access this component, navigate to the Contract Current DBE Commitment Summary component for the contract, and select Previous Vendor DBE Commit Summary from the Actions menu on the component header.

This component contains a list of all the archived DBE commitment records for the contract. All the information in this component is for reference use only and cannot be changed. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

• Vendor ID

• Vendor Name

• Approval Date

• Total Commitment Amount

• Revised Commitment Amount

To view all of the information in an archived DBE commitment record, click the Vendor ID link in the DBE commitment's row to go to the Archived DBE Commitments Summary page (see Viewing an Archived DBE Commitment).
