The Agency View Accordion Summary contains information that determines which fields are included in an accordion list and how they will be displayed. An accordion list is a list of rows that can be expanded to display additional information. When a row is collapsed, it is referred to as a header row. Each header row can then be expanded to show details.
To access the Agency View Accordion Summary, navigate to the Agency View Summary, and then select Open from the Actions menu on the accordion control row.
The Agency View Accordion Summary opens on the Header tab. In the upper portion of the tab, you can select or clear the Rows can be added and Rows can be deleted check boxes. These settings determine whether users are able to add new records and delete records on the accordion list when it is displayed in the agency view.
The lower portion of the tab lists rows for read-only fields that will be displayed on each expandable header row in the accordion list, along with settings that determine the size of each field and its location in the header row. You can view or change values in these fields:
Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.
To add a field to the accordion header rows, enter information in the empty row at the bottom of the list.
To delete a newly added field from the accordion header rows, click the Delete button at the end of the field row. The system deletes the row immediately.
To delete a saved field from the accordion header rows, click the Mark for Deletion button at the end of the field row. To reverse the mark for deletion, click the Undo button.
When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
