Maintaining a Contractor Evaluation Structure

The Contractor Evaluation Structure Summary contains all the performance criteria in a reference contractor evaluation structure. To access this component, navigate to the Contractor Evaluation Structure Overview and select Open from the Actions menu on the contractor evaluation structure's row.

The system groups performance criteria by subject in an accordion list. Each group row contains a list of questions in subordinate rows. Taken together, all of the questions in all of the group rows make up one version of the contractor evaluation form.

Each group row displays an Actions button, the number of questions in the group, and current values for these fields:

To add a new group of questions, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row at the bottom of the list. All fields in the new row are blank. To create a new group, you must enter information in all fields.

To delete a newly added group, click the Delete button on the group's row. The system deletes the row immediately.

To delete a saved group of questions, select Delete from the Actions menu on the group's row. The system shades the row gray to indicate it is marked for deletion. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

To add a new question to a group, select New Question from the Actions menu on the group's row. The system adds a new blank row to the list of questions in that group. To create a new question, you must enter information in all fields.

When you are finished, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
