Maintaining Stormwater Deficiencies

To enable the agency to stay in compliance with EPA regulations, contractors must provide timely information when a deficiency or nonconformity with best management practices for water pollution control is reported by stormwater period inspectors. Reference stormwater deficiencies support a timely process by defining the number of days within which a contractor must respond to a stormwater location deficiency before the Project Manager is notified of non-response.

When you click the Stormwater Deficiency link in the Reference Data component, the system takes you to the Reference Stormwater Deficiency Overview where you can manage all of the information in a reference stormwater deficiency.

Type criteria in the Quick Find search box to locate the stormwater deficiency you want to maintain, or click Show first 10. The system displays rows of stormwater deficiencies that match your search criteria.

Each row contains an Actions button and current values for these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.

To add a new stormwater deficiency, click the New button. The system adds a blank row to the list. In order to save the new row, you must enter values in both fields.

To delete a stormwater deficiency, select Delete from the Actions menu on the stormwater deficiency row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
