The Review Tracking tab on the Contract Change Order Summary lists all the review comments for the change order. Comments are listed by reviewer name.

To locate an entry from a specific reviewer, enter criteria in the Quick Find search box. You can also filter the list to show only the latest round of reviews by selecting a value in the Rounds field. The system displays rows for reviews that match your criteria.

To remove a reviewer from the change order, select Cancel Reviewer from the Actions menu on the reviewer row. The Cancel Reviewer command is displayed only if the reviewer has not yet rejected or approved the change order. After you cancel a reviewer, that user cannot be added back as a reviewer in the same round of reviews. If you need to add the reviewer again, the change order must be returned to Draft status and a new round of reviews must be started.

When you are finished, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

Adding Reviewers to a Contract Change Order

You can add reviewers to a change order only when it is in Draft or Pending Review status. To add reviewers for a change order in Draft status, the current quantity must be balanced for items on the change order that are true lump sums or have a modified item source. In addition, the change order cannot reduce the current quantity of an item to an amount less than the quantity paid to date for the item.

To add a reviewer to the change order, perform these steps:

  1. On the Review Tracking tab of the Contract Change Order Summary, click the Select Reviewers button.

    The system displays a modal window that lists users that have contract authority for the change order's contract and have not been assigned as a reviewer of the change order in the current round of reviews.

  2. Click the row for the reviewer you want to add to the contract change order.

    A check mark appears at the beginning of the row to indicate it is selected. Continue selecting reviewer rows as needed. You can click a row again to clear the selection.

  3. When you are finished, click the Save button.

    The system closes the modal window and adds rows for the reviewers you selected. The status of the change order is updated to Pending Review.
