Maintaining Ratings for Design Evaluations

The Design Evaluation Rating Overview enables you to set up and maintain the reference rating scores used in contract design evaluations. To access this component, click the Evaluation Ratings quick link on the Design Evaluation Overview or the Design Evaluation Summary.

The component displays a list of existing rating scores in rows in sequential order. Each row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

• Score

• Description

To change the information in a rating score, click anywhere in that score's row. The system highlights the row in blue and displays information in labeled fields. You can add or change information in any field.

To add a new rating score, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row at the bottom of the list. Enter information in the Score field and optionally in the Description field. Click Save.

To delete a rating score, select Delete from the row Actions menu.

When you are finished maintaining rating information, click the Save button to apply your changes to the system (including deleted information). The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.
