Maintaining Lab Samplers

  1. Adding a Lab Sampler

The Lab Samplers tab on the Lab Summary contains a list of all the samplers recorded for the lab. Each lab sampler row contains an Actions button and current values for the following fields:

To delete a sampler from the lab, select Delete from the Actions menu on the lab sampler row. To reverse the deletion, click the Undo button.

When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved in the database.

To view the qualifications recorded for a sampler, click the Last Name link for the sampler. The system takes you to the Sampler tab on the Person Qualifications Summary component, where you can view and maintain sampler qualifications for the selected person. Adding a Lab Sampler

To add one or more samplers to the lab, perform these steps.

  1. On the Lab Samplers tab on the Lab Summary, click the Select Lab Samplers button.

    The Select Lab Samplers modal window displays rows of qualified samplers.

  2. Select the row for each person you want to add to the lab as a sampler.

    The system adds a check mark beside each row you select. To cancel a selection, click the selected row again.

  3. When you are finished selecting person rows, click the Add to Lab button.

    The system closes the modal window and adds the new samplers to the list on the Lab Samplers tab.

  4. When you are finished, click the Save button to apply your changes.

    The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
