Maintaining Contract Project Items on a Plan Discrepancy

The Contract Project Items tab on the Plan Discrepancy Summary contains a list of all the contract project items associated with this plan discrepancy. Each row contains an Actions button and current values in the following fields:

To remove a contract project item from the plan discrepancy, select Delete from the Actions menu on the item's row. The system shades the row to indicate it is marked for deletion. Click Save.

Adding a Contract Project Item to the Plan Discrepancy

If the plan discrepancy is associated with a contract project, the system will only allow you to add items from that contract project. If the plan discrepancy has no associated contract projects, you can add any contract project items for the contract.

Follow these steps to add one or more contract project items to the plan discrepancy:

  1. Click the Select Contract Project Items button.

    The system displays a modal window for selecting contract project items.

  2. Locate the contract project item you want to add by typing criteria in the Quick Find search box or by clicking Show first 10.

    The system lists all the items that meet your search criteria.

  3. Click the row for each item you want to add and click the Add to Plan Discrepancy button.

    The system closes the modal window and adds the new contract project items to the list on the Contract Project Items tab.
