The agency performs evaluations to rate the quality of contract project designs. A project manager creates the evaluation for a contract design by choosing groups of questions from the reference design evaluation. Each question carries a weight that, when combined with its score in an evaluation, contributes to the final rating of the contract design.
To remove an evaluation from the plan discrepancy, select Disassociate from Plan Discrepancy from the Actions menu on the evaluation row. The system shades the row to indicate it is marked for deletion. Click Save to complete the deletion.
To fill out a contract design evaluation, select Open from the Actions menu on the evaluation row. The system takes you to the Contract Design Evaluation Summary (see Filling Out a Contract Design Evaluation).
If one or more contract design evaluations contain information relevant to the plan discrepancy, you can add those evaluations to the plan discrepancy record. You can only add evaluations that are already associated with the contract project.
Follow these steps to add one or more design evaluations to the plan discrepancy:
Click the Select
Design Evaluations button.
The system displays a modal window
listing all design evaluations associated with the contract project.
Click the row for
each design evaluation you want to add and click the Add
to Plan Discrepancy button.
The system closes the modal window
and adds the new contract design evaluations to the list on the
Contract Design
Evaluations tab.
