Maintaining Change Orders on a Plan Discrepancy
The Change Orders tab on the Plan Discrepancy Summary contains a list of all the change orders associated with this plan discrepancy. Information cannot be changed on this tab.
To associate a change order with this plan discrepancy, navigate to the Contract Change Order Summary and click the Plan Discrepancies tab. For more information, see Associating Plan Discrepancies with a Change Order .
Each row contains an Actions button and current values in the following fields:
To change information in the change order, click the link in the CO Num field or select Open from the Actions menu on the plan discrepancy row. The system takes you to the Contract Change Order Summary.
