Maintaining Annualized Costs for a Cost Estimate

The Annualization tab on the Cost Estimate Summary lists maintenance treatments required for an improvement, along with the estimated annual cost of each maintenance treatment.

Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:

Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.

In the Treatment Estimate and Annualized Cost fields, you can enter a value or click the Formula button (Σ) in the field to calculate the value by using the expression builder. For information about the expression builder, see Using the Expression Builder.

To remove a maintenance treatment from the cost estimate, select Delete from the Actions menu on the annualized cost row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.

To add a maintenance treatment to the cost estimate, click the New button. The system adds a new row to the list. To save the new row, you must enter values in the Treatment field. You can enter information in other fields as appropriate.

When you are finished making changes, click the Save button. The system displays a message to confirm that your changes were saved.
