Maintaining Agency View Associations with Tests
For agency views associated with the Material Test entity, you can view and maintain associations with test methods on the Agency View Associations to Tests component. You can access the component by navigating to the Agency View Overview, locating the row for an agency view associated with the Material Test entity, and selecting Agency View Associations from the row Actions menu.
Each row represents an association between the agency view and a test method. Each row includes an Actions button and current values in these fields:
You can modify values in the status and date fields to indicate the status of an association. Keep in mind that each test method can have an active association with only one agency view at a time.
Click in a field and add, change, or delete information as needed.
To add an association between the agency view and a test method, click the Select Tests button. In the modal window, select the tests you want to associate, and then click the Add to Agency View button. To save your changes, click the Save button.
To delete an association between the agency view and a test method, select Delete from the Actions menu on the test method row. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button. To save your changes, click the Save button.
To view or maintain additional information about an associated test, click the Test Method link in the appropriate row. The system takes you to the Test Summary (see Maintaining a Material Test for more information).
