Deleting Migrated Contracts

Users logged on with the ContMigrUser role can delete migrated contracts that have not yet been set to Migration Complete. Deleting a migrated contract enables the agency to make changes to the contract in the client/server source application, and then migrate the contract to Construction & Materials again.

You can delete a migrated contract only when the Migration Complete field is set to False. If Migration Complete is True, the contract cannot be deleted.

To delete one or more migrated contracts, select Execute Process from the Actions menu on the Menu Bar. Select Delete Migrated Contract from the list of processes. On the Select Data page of the Execute Process component, select one or more contracts for deletion. Click the Execute button.
