The Billing Information tab on the Add Test component initially contains a single accordion row for adding billing information. Expand the row to display all the fields.
To save a new billing information row, you must enter information in the required field:
It is not required, but you can enter information in these fields to record additional billing information:
If you want to add another billing information row, click the New button. The system adds a new blank row. Follow the same steps to continue adding as many billing information rows as needed.
To delete a billing information row, click the Delete button on the row you want to delete. To reverse the delete action, click the Undo button.
Click Save when you are finished. The system displays a message to confirm that the new information was saved in the database.
