Previewing an Agency View

The Preview Agency View component shows an example of how an agency view will appear when it is saved and displayed in the system. You can use this component to preview the layout of an agency view and determine whether adjustments are needed.

To access the preview from the Agency View Overview, select Preview Agency View from the Actions menu on the agency view row. To access the preview from the Agency View Summary, select Preview Agency View from the Actions menu on the component header.

The Preview Agency View component shows the fields and user interface elements laid out as designed. The preview can perform some calculations on screen depending on the information required. Fully qualified data can be retrieved from the database. For example, if a code table is associated with a field, the preview can display the code table values for the field.
