Facility Authority History

The Facility Authority History report lists information about the persons assigned facility-level source authority for the selected facility. Each entry on the report includes values for the Person ID, Person, Role, Active, Effective Date, and Expiration Date fields.

You can generate this report from the component Actions menu on the Facility Summary component. You can also generate any report on any page in the system by selecting Generate Report from the Actions menu on the Menu Bar. For more information, see Working with Reports.
